Which payment methods are available?
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets like Google Pay and PhonePe. Payments are securely processed through our encrypted gateway.
How do I cancel my order?
Cancel your order within 24 hours by contacting support@mybird.in or using your account dashboard. Shipped orders can't be canceled but can be returned.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you need to make changes, you must cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new order with the desired details. If the order has already been shipped, you'll need to wait for delivery and return the items if necessary.
